The all new VITESSE EVO features a completely redesigned frameset for 2021, with a focus on pro level race performance.
Working closely with the UCI Continental Vitus Pro Cycling Team, the new Vitesse EVO delivers a UCI approved frameset that is now lighter, stiffer, more aerodynamic and more comfortable than its predecessor.
An EVOlution
LIGHTWEIGHT FRAMESET
Weighing in at 840g for a size Medium, the Vitesse EVO sits comfortably amongst other lightweight race focused bikes on the market, and is 15% lighter than it’s predecessor. A focused approach to the design, results in a frameset that hit’s the brief lightweight targets, yet retains that pro rider level stiffness where it’s needed.
" 2 years in the making, our new VITESSE EVO is everything a high performance light weight race bike should be. Sharp handling, lightweight, stiff while retaining comfort for longer rides. We're excited to bring Vitus road back to the top level of the sport. Sean Kelly piloted his Vitus to huge sucess and we're excited for the next chapter for our high performance road range. We're back!"

POWER TRANSFER & HANDLING
The original Vitesse Evo had power transfer at it’s heart - the #1 request from Sean Kelly and his An-Post team. The new Vitesse Evo went through endless layup itterations to arrive at a frameset that blows it’s predecessor out of the water!
With an average stiffness increase of 34.9% The BB sees increases of 50.2% in stiffness, and the rear triangle is boosted by 8.9% giving riders very little power loss at the pedal stroke. The front of the frameset also sees some significant improvements, with stability and steering improved though a 11% stiffness increase in the head tube, and more noticeably a 69.5% increase in the fork virtually eliminating disc rub in all but very extreme conditions.
Fear not, these huge gains in stiffness don’t come at the cost of a bone shattering ride. The dropped seat stays, and integrated seat clamp help to increase comfort through to the saddle keeping riders fresher for longer.
IMPROVED TYRE CLEARANCE
The new Vitesse EVO frame now has 30c tyre clearance across all frame sizes and even up to 32c depending on the rim/tyre combination.
DUAL FORK DESIGN
We have introduced frame size specific fork geometry maintaining fit and handling characteristics across the full size curve. By adjusting the rake on the smaller sizes this ensures handelling isn't compromised and while improving toe overlap.
NEW RACE FOCUSED GEOMETRY
The all new geometry has been refined with rider input from the Vitus Pro Cycling Team. We wanted to deliver a rider position capable of winning the worlds biggest races, and sees longer top tubes and lower head tubes for a more aggressive position.
OUR RANGE
With all bases covered the Vitesse Evo is available with todays leading groupsets - SRAM’s superb eTap AXS systems, and Shimano’s ever present Di2 and mechanical groupsets.
